RAIPUR,CG,INDIA: The successful surgery of three children born with cleft conditions turned their worried expressions into joyful smiles, giving them a fresh start in life. The young patients received free corrective surgery under the Chirayu Yojana, transforming their futures.
The Arang Health Team-C identified the condition in one-and-a-half-year-old Dakshaika Yadav, eight-year-old Pratibha Nirmalkar, and six-year-old Durga Bhatt during health camps held at Anganwadi Baihar, Primary School Gidhwa, and Primary School Bhilai. Initially, their families were deeply concerned about the high cost of treatment, but counseling by the team reassured them that the surgeries would be conducted free of charge under the government scheme.
The three children underwent successful surgeries at Shri Medicine Hospital, Raipur.
