RAIPUR: Indian Institute of Management, (IIM) Raipur and All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Raipur signed a memorandum of understanding for academic collaboration on Wednesday.
IIM Raipur Director Ram Kumar Kakani and Director AIIMS Prof (Dr.) Nitin M Nagarkar signed and exchanged the documents. Senior faculties of both institutions were present on the occasion, an official communication said.
As per the MoU, both institutions with their respective expertise, knowledge, and resources, will be involved in academic collaboration. It includes exchange of students and members of faculty between the two parties as well as other academic activities, research, and publication.
Efforts will be made to develop joint training and research programmes that will be pursued in joint collaboration. It pertains to faculty development programmes, enhancing skill of working professional, student internship, and joint consulting projects.
