RAIPUR: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel on Thursday on receipt of a complaint against Kurud Block Education Officer (BEO) asked officials to remove him. During the direct public interaction event (Bhent Mulaqat) under Sihawa State Assembly constituency, teachers registered complaints against the BEO. Baghel then asked the District Education Officer, Dhamtari to act immediately, an official communication said. The School Education Department, based on the verbal order of the Chief Minister, shifted Fateh Mohammed Koya (Lecturer) Block Education Officer Kurud. He has been attached with DEO’s office, Dhamtari till further orders. Ravindra Mishra, Assistant Director, Office of the DEO, Dhamtari has been given temporary charge of the BEO, Kurud.
