PRAYAGRAJ/RAIPUR,INDIA: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai on Thursday took a ritual bath at the Triveni Sangam in Prayagraj, extending his wishes for the prosperity and well-being of the people of Chhattisgarh. He was accompanied by Assembly Speaker Dr. Raman Singh, cabinet members, MLAs, and their families.

Describing the Mahakumbh as a significant spiritual event of Sanatan Dharma, the Chief Minister highlighted its deep-rooted connection with Indian culture and traditions. Speaking at the event, the Chief Minister underscored Mahakumbh’s role in preserving India's cultural heritage. He stated that it represents faith, tradition, and the democratic spirit of the nation. He also expressed his appreciation for the arrangements made by the Uttar Pradesh government and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, noting that devotees from Chhattisgarh had commended the event’s organization.
