RAIPUR,CG,BHARAT: In a significant move towards enhancing healthcare infrastructure, the Chhattisgarh government has issued an e-tender worth Rs 1,020.60 crore for the construction of four new medical college buildings in the state.
The medical colleges are set to be constructed in Janjgir Champa, Kabirdham, Manendragarh, and Geedam in Dantewada district. The Chhattisgarh Medical Services Corporation (CGMSC) has been designated as the construction agency, and the work is expected to be completed within a 24-month timeframe.
Bid documents for the project are available online starting October 11, with the final submission date set for November 7, 2024.
The initiative will greatly benefit the healthcare sector, ensuring that new medical facilities are available to residents in these regions, further advancing Chhattisgarh’s healthcare capabilities.
