RAIPUR: Congress leader and MP Rahul Gandhi will address a mass gathering of youth voters in Raipur, Chhattisgarh on September 2. It will be his maiden interaction with the youth after the Congress formed government in the state in 2018.
Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel on Friday inspected the meeting site to oversee the preparation for the meet. The police department had also issued the route charge and parking areas for the vehicles coming to the venue at Nava Raipur.
Congress MP Rahul Gandhi is likely to discuss the schemes and achievements of the Bhupesh Baghel led government. He would interact with the youth on their issues and concerns.
The Congress government had been making claim of having the lowest unemployment rate in the country as by providing joy opportunities to 5 lakh youth and around 1 lakh in government sector.
The state government has also constituted Chhattisgarh Rojgar Mission with target to provide jobs to 15 lakh youth in coming five years.
