SAKTI: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel on Tuesday said the rights of 12 tribes of the state after removal of errors in spelling mistakes now receive the status of Scheduled Tribe. They had waited patiently for a long.
He was addressing the inauguration and Bhumi Pujan program organized at Dabhra in Sakti district to the tune of Rs 145 crore. He also pledged to make Malkhauda a Nagar Panchayat and to build a community health centre in Chandrapur.
He said the tribal lands were returned which were taken away for industry, and such an incident was rare in the country. He spoke on the launching of the Swami Atmanand Coaching Scheme. It would be taken to the next level for the PSC. The youth needs to work hard to achieve the goal.
He said that the government has created a strong structure in the health sector, and is continuously working to provide better health facilities. Through Dhanwantri Yojana, people are getting medicines at cheaper rates, which has saved their money.
The Chief Minister along with the guests launched Sarvshakti Yojana, a joint initiative of the district administration and UNICEF.
Later, Baghel distributed funds and departmental kits to the eligible beneficiaries in Dabhra tehsil of Sakti district. The approval of the funds for 25 beneficiaries under the Gramin Awas NYAY Yojana was given.
