Raipur, CG: ‘Swarna Amrit Prashan’ was given to 1,480 children on Friday at the Government Ayurveda College Hospital, Raipur to improve their disease-fighting abilities, digestive power, memory power, physical strength and prevention of diseases.
On every Pushya Nakshatra Tithi, Prashan is done to the children aged between 0 to 16 years by the Kaumarbhritya Department of Ayurveda College Hospital. College doctors Dr. Neeraj Aggarwal and Dr. Lavkesh Chandravanshi also examined the health of the children.
Swarnprashan coordinator Dr. Lavkesh Chandravanshi said that it is very beneficial for the all-round development of children. The postgraduate and undergraduate students of the college make important contributions every month.
