Raipur, CG: Chhattisgarh Women and Child Development Minister Lakshmi Rajwade on Thursday conducted a surprise inspection of the Government Girls Home, Nari Niketan and Sakhi Centre located in the capital city, Raipur.
During the inspection, she asked the departmental officers to plug in the flaws. She said that girls and women should feel safe everywhere, for this there should be proper environment and necessary arrangements.
Rajwade interacted with the girls of the orphanage and discussed their daily routine, studies and other subjects.
She saw the decorative items prepared by the girls and encouraged them. Rajwade also reached Nari Niketan and Sakhi Center and took stock of the arrangements and asked for all possible help to the women.
